The company invests your capital exclusively for market trading purposes and charges a service fee from the profit generated, ensuring our interests are fully aligned with yours.
How KPMS Works
- Investment: The client invests capital into the designated KSP trading account.
- Trading: The Company trades in Equity (Cash, Nifty, F&O, Delivery), Commodity, or Currency based on market conditions.
- Calculation: P&L calculated according to the KSP Return Table for the agreed period.
- Returns: Returns paid at the end of the full product term — not on a monthly basis.

Important KPMS Terms
- Returns: Monthly returns are not provided. All returns are calculated and disbursed at the end of the contracted product period.
- Principal Guarantee: 100% guarantee on your invested principal within the Company’s trading account.
- Early Exit: If a client deactivates KPMS before the completion of the agreed term, a deduction of 40% of the total service charge will apply.
- Service Period: The product term is counted from the first trade executed, not from the date of payment.
- PMS Enquiry Hours: 5:15 PM – 8:30 PM (Trading Days only).
Nominee Rules (KPMS)
- The nominee must be a direct family member.
- Nominees cannot be a Trust, Society, Corporate Body, Partnership Firm, or NRI.
- Nomination may be made in favour of a minor, provided the guardian’s details are supplied.
- Nomination is automatically cancelled if the nominee pre-deceases the client.
- In the event of the client’s death, the portfolio will be transferred to the valid registered nominee.

5. Prohibition of Dabba Trading
We strictly prohibit illegal “Dabba” trading. All clients must execute trades exclusively through SEBI-registered brokers on official exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX).
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the use of KSP services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Porbandar, Gujarat, India, in accordance with applicable Indian law.

KSP reserves the right to amend or update this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such amendments.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before availing of our services.
General Terms
1. Client Eligibility
Clients must be 20 years of age or older. Students are not eligible to subscribe to any KSP advisory service.
2. Service Activation
Service commences only after full payment is cleared. For partial payments, the service remains inactive until the full amount is received.
3. Service Period
The service period is counted from the date of the first tip or call received — not from the date of payment.
4. Trading Days
Only actual trading days are counted towards the service duration. Public holidays and weekends are excluded.
5. Holding Calls
Holding calls of 2, 5, or 9 days are counted as trading days only, not calendar days.
6. Call Composition
Service packages typically comprise approximately 75% intraday calls and 25% holding/positional calls. For commodity-specific packages, approximately 5% are intraday and 95% are positional.
7. Legal Documents
Legal documents guarantee only the advisory/tips profit commitment. They do not guarantee the actual trading account balance (unless enrolled in KSP-PMS).
8. Demat Account Requirement
Clients must possess a valid Demat account. Service commences only once the Demat account is active and KSP is notified at least 2 days in advance.
9. Script Restrictions
Clients with religious or personal restrictions on specific scripts must notify KSP via email at least 7 days prior to service activation.
10. Margin and Lot Sizes
Recommended margin and lot/share sizes are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions.
11. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for executing trades promptly. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from broker delays, network issues, or untimely execution.
12. Advance Payment
Clients wishing to pre-register must submit a written application via email at least 2 days prior to the desired start date.
13. Network Coverage
The Company is not responsible for non-receipt of SMS or calls due to network coverage issues.
14. Dabba Trading
Dabba trading is strictly prohibited. All trades must be executed through SEBI-registered brokers.
15. Service Commencement Timeline
After full payment clearance, service starts within 48 hours. Legal Document dispatched via Indian Post Speed Post within 15 days.
Additional Terms
16. Own Account Trading Only
Paid clients must trade in their own account only. Trading in any relative’s or friend’s account is not permitted without a written application.
17. Stop-Loss Compliance
Always place your Target and Stop-Loss at the exact rates given by KSP. The Company will not be responsible for extra losses due to different stop-loss placement by the client.
18. Payment Security
Make payments only to the Company’s bank account in the name of Kathiyawadi Stocks Porbandar. After payment, send the scanned payment slip to [email protected].
19. Segment-Specific Trading
Trade only in the specific segment for which a call is given.
20. DND Registration
Your registered mobile number must not be registered in DND. Submit a fresh DND-free number via written application if required.
21. Service Pause Request
If a paid client cannot attend to recommendations, they must inform the Company at least 2 days in advance via email. Oral communication to executives is not accepted.
22. Lot/Quantity Consistency
Paid clients must trade at the same lot/quantity as mentioned in every SMS call.
23. Query Response Time
All queries receive a response within 72 hours. Saturday, Sunday, and Market Holidays are excluded.
24. No Re-activation After De-activation
Once a service is de-activated for any reason, it cannot be re-activated. A fresh payment must be made to restart service.
25. SMS Network Preference
Clients are advised to use Airtel or Vodafone SIM cards for best SMS delivery.
26. One Target Per Call
The Company provides one target only per recommendation call.
27. Client Confidentiality
All paid client data is kept strictly confidential.

Nomination Terms (PMS)
- The nominee must be a direct family member.
- Nominees cannot be a Trust, Society, Corporate Body, Partnership Firm, or NRI.
- Nomination may be made in favour of a minor, provided the guardian’s details are supplied.
- Nomination is automatically cancelled if the nominee pre-deceases the client.

Refund Terms & Conditions
1. General Non-Refundability
Once the advisory service has commenced and trade call alerts have been delivered to the client’s registered mobile number, the advisory fee for that service period is non-refundable. This is because the advisory service is an intangible intellectual service delivered immediately upon subscription activation.
2. Pre-Activation Refunds
If a client requests a cancellation before the service has been activated (i.e., before the first trade call has been sent), and provides written notice via email to refund@kathiyawadistocksporbandar.com, the company will process a full refund within 7–10 working days.
3. KSP-PMS Early Exit Policy
For clients enrolled in the KSP Portfolio Management Service (KSP-PMS), an early exit refund is available under the following conditions:
- The client submits a written early exit request via email at least 7 days in advance.
- A deduction of 40% of the total service charge will apply to cover management costs incurred.
- The remaining amount (60% of total service charge) will be refunded within 15 working days.
4. Mode of Refund
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment source only (the same bank account or payment method used for the initial payment). Refunds to alternate bank accounts or payment methods will not be processed.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days from the date of approval. The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment processor involved.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Advisory fees for services already rendered (trade calls sent)
- Yahoo Messenger add-on fees (₹5,000)
- Legal document dispatch fees
- Any partial payment where service has commenced

General Conditions
1. Welcome
Welcome to our family "Kathiyawadi Stocks Porbandar". Every product service would be of 1 month pack.
2. Document Release
You will receive company document only if you had paid full package amount. No documents are issued for partial payments.
3. Segments Provided
Our company provides: Equity (Cash, Nifty, F&O & Delivery) NSE base scrip, and in Commodity (MCX & NCDEX).
4. Product Description Table
The segment which you want to subscribe, you had to follow the "Product Description Table" to work out in the market.
5. Profit Times
Company makes profit 3–4–5 times more than what you have paid. After getting 3–4–5× profit, your service would be completed (according to package).
6. Entry / Target / Stop Loss
You will receive our calls with proper entry (buy/sell), target & stop loss levels. You have to follow stop loss strictly.
7. Buy/Sell Rates
When company provides scrip of buy/sell prices, you had to buy at the same rates only — not at high or lower levels.
8. JMTGFP — Just Miss Target in Few Points
When company gives a target, sometimes the target will miss by a few points. The company will count full profit — a difference of 0.5 paise to 1 rupee in 20–30 point target scrips only is known as JMTGFP.

9. Working Lot / Quantity
How many lot/quantity you had to work on the scrip will be mentioned in the SMS at the time of buy or sell. Strictly trade in every call and follow the working lot/quantity provided.
10. Profit / Loss Calculation
Company will calculate your profit/loss on the basis of working lot/quantity provided at time of calls. Maintain same consistency which the company provides for trade lot/quantity.
11. Contract End Date
Profit/loss will be calculated at the end of contract from the date of commencement of your services.
